What’s included
A cleanup is for when a yard needs more than a mow. Maybe the house was empty for a while, maybe the season got busy, or maybe you just moved in. We start at one end and work through the whole area you want handled.

- A finished look you can keep up with regular mowing
Pairs well with pressure washing
Many of our cleanups end with a pressure wash. Once the weeds are out of a brick walkway or the overgrowth is cut back from a patio, washing the surface makes the whole area look brand new. We can quote both together so it’s done in one visit.
How pricing works
Cleanups are priced on the size of the area and how much work it needs. Send photos of the areas you want handled through the quote form, and tell us what you’d like it to look like when we’re done.

Common questions
Can you do a one time cleanup?
Yes. Most cleanups are one time jobs. Afterward, a regular mowing schedule keeps it from getting away again.
Do you haul away the debris?
We bag and clean up the debris from the job. For very large loads, we’ll talk about it when we quote.
Do you plant or install new landscaping?
Tell us what you have in mind in your request and we’ll let you know what we can take on.
Can you get it ready before I sell or rent the house?
Yes. A cleanup plus a pressure wash is a quick way to get a property ready for photos or new tenants.
