What’s included
Pool decks and patios need a little more care than a driveway. There’s water, screens, furniture and usually a few plants to work around, so we take our time and keep the mess out of the pool.
- Pressure washing of the pool deck, coping area and lanai floor
- Back patios, slabs and paver seating areas
- Dirt, mildew and dark spots cleaned out of corners and along screen walls
- Furniture moved out of the way and put back where it was
- A final rinse so the deck is left clean, not covered in what came off it
Why it matters
A pool deck that stays damp and shaded grows a film that you can feel under your feet. It looks dingy in photos, it gets slippery when it’s wet, and it tracks dirt into the house and into the pool. A good cleaning a couple of times a year keeps the whole backyard looking like the place you wanted when you put the pool in.
If you’re getting ready for a party, a holiday, or listing the house, a clean pool deck is one of the quickest ways to make the backyard look its best.
How pricing works
We quote pool decks and patios on the size of the area, the surface and how much needs to come off. Send a few photos from different angles through the quote form and we’ll get back to you with a price.
Where we work
We clean pool decks and patios in Palm Beach Gardens, Loxahatchee, Royal Palm Beach, Wellington and West Palm Beach.
Common questions
Will anything get into my pool?
We work the dirt away from the water and rinse toward drains and the yard. A little splash can happen, which your pool’s normal filtering handles.
Do you clean pool screens or cages?
We focus on the deck and patio floor. If you’d like the screen frame rinsed too, mention it in your request and we’ll let you know what we can do.
How often should a pool deck be cleaned?
For most shaded Florida pool decks, once or twice a year keeps them in good shape. Decks under heavy tree cover may need it more often.
Can I add the driveway to the same visit?
Yes. Doing the front and back on the same visit is common. Tick both in the quote form.
