Pressure washing

Driveway & paver cleaning that brings the color back

Florida heat, rain and shade turn pavers green, gray and slick. We pressure wash driveways, paver walkways and entryways back to the color they were when they went in.

What’s included

Every driveway and paver job starts with a quick walk around so we know what we’re working with: the type of surface, how much growth is on it, where the water will run off and what needs to be protected, like plants, screens and cars. Then we get to work.

  • A full pressure wash of the driveway, apron and any paver walkways you choose
  • Extra passes on dark spots, mildew lines and shaded corners
  • Surface cleaning for an even, streak-free finish on concrete
  • Weeds and grass pulled from paver joints and expansion cracks
  • A rinse of the area around the job so nothing is left on your walls, plants or car

Why pavers in South Florida get so dirty

Our weather is great for lawns and just as great for mold, mildew and algae. Afternoon rain keeps pavers damp, shade from oaks and palms keeps them from drying out, and sprinklers add more water every week. Over a few months that turns into the dark film you see along the edges of driveways and walkways. It isn’t just how it looks either: a green paver walkway can get slippery after a storm.

A good wash takes all of that off and lets the real color of the brick or concrete show again. Customers are usually surprised at how much brighter the whole front of the house looks once the driveway is clean.

How pricing works

Every driveway is different, so we price each job on what it actually is: the size, the surface and how much buildup there is. The fastest way to get a price is to send a few photos through our quote form. We’ll look at them and get back to you with a quote. No pressure and no obligation.

Where we work

We clean driveways and pavers in Palm Beach Gardens, Loxahatchee, Royal Palm Beach, Wellington and West Palm Beach, and we’re happy to look at nearby areas too.

Common questions

How long does a driveway take?

Most home driveways take a couple of hours. Bigger driveways, long paver walkways or heavy buildup can take longer. We’ll give you an idea when we quote it.

Do I need to be home?

Not always. We need access to an outdoor water spigot and the cars moved off the driveway. If those are set, you don’t have to be there.

Will pressure washing damage my pavers?

We match the pressure and technique to the surface. Pavers and concrete get cleaned without blasting out the joints or etching the surface.

Can you do my walkway and patio at the same time?

Yes. Most customers add the front walkway, entry and back patio. Just tick everything you want in the quote form.
