What we collect

When you send a quote request, we receive the details you type into the form (like your name, phone, email, town, address and notes) and any photos you attach. Our website also notes how you found us, such as a search engine or social media link, so we know which places bring us customers.

Customer accounts and payments

If you have a customer account, we keep your contact details, service address, visits, estimates, invoices and payment history so you can see them when you log in. Passwords are stored only in a scrambled form we can’t read. Card and bank payments are handled by Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number. If you turn on autopay, Stripe saves your payment method, and you can turn it off any time from your account.

Job photos

We take before and after photos of the work we do. They’re kept with your job so you can see them in your account. We won’t post photos of your property publicly without asking you first.

Text messages

We only send text messages to people who agreed to receive them. Reply STOP to any text to stop, and HELP for help. We never sell or share your phone number or text message consent with anyone for their marketing.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your request, give you a quote, schedule work and follow up about the job. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone except the service providers that help us run the website and receive form messages.

How long we keep it

We keep request details and photos as long as we need them to provide our services and keep records, and then delete them.
