Why weeds come back so fast here
Rock and gravel hold heat and moisture, and our rain and sun do the rest. Seeds blow in from the lawn and nearby lots, and in a few weeks a clean rock bed can be half green. Pulling weeds out by the root, instead of just knocking down the tops, keeps them from coming right back.
Gravel areas out in Loxahatchee and Wellington get hit especially hard because there’s so much open land around them. Regular cleanups keep the property looking cared for.

Do you spray weed killer?
We pull weeds by hand and with tools. If you’re looking for chemical treatments, mention it in your request and we’ll talk about what makes sense for your property.
Do you add new rock or gravel?
Our cleanups rake and reset what’s there. If you’re thinking about adding rock, tell us in your request.
How often should it be done?
Most rock beds look best with a cleanup every few weeks to a couple of months, depending on how much sun and rain they get.
Do you take the weeds away?
Yes. We bag and clean up everything we pull.
